Application:
Use to separate the coolants, emulsions, cutting fluids, mixture oil and other waste water floating oil of the CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, drilling, grinding machines, spare parts processing and parts, it can extend the using life and ensure the processing speed and precision.
Currently most oil skimmer industry exist the following problems:
1, Lot of oil skimmers are only designed one side oil separate, low efficient while double side oil separate prices are too expensive lead high cost for the clients.
2,The electricity part is not heated proof and moisture proof or not dealing thoroughtly due to the high temperature in the water tank and water pool. Under this temperature, the oil skimmer will easily have operation troubles such as corrosion and short circuit, which highly effect the safty and using life of the machine and increase the maintenance cost.
3, During operation, it is hard to manual adjust the oil skimming board for the tightness for the rubber sheet and steel belt interact to separate oil and after some time, it also appear too loose or too tight condition, which makes separate oil not thoroughly or struck or wheel slip even cause seriously wear for the steel belt and oil scraper plate.
